Payne County District Court

The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Felony charges

Cody Jacob Engle, 20, 114 W. Elm, unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a park, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Marcus Gallaher, 24, 114 W. Elm, unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a park, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jackie Wayne Nelson, 31, 1223 S. Canyon Rd., domestic assault and battery in the presence of a child second and subsequent.

Bradley Thomas Allen, 28, 1920 N. Country Club Rd., aggravated assault and battery upon a peace officer, obstructing officer.

Andrew James Just, 34, Perkins, grand larceny.

Misdemeanor charges

Ashley Graves, 40, 1924 E. 3rd, leaving  the scene of property damage accident.

Robert Arthur Littlejohn, 26, Broken Arrow, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Robert E. Ali Jr., 21, 1020 W. 4th St. Apt 11, operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license has been suspended.

Justin Lee Arthur, 38, Perkins, driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked, failure to maintain security, failure to wear seatbelt.

Howard Carleton IV, 30, 907 E. Brooke Ave., public intoxication.

Marilyn Jean Hall, 44, 3124 E. 2nd, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving without  a driver’s license.

Keith William Greenwood, 57, Cushing, misuse of 911 emergency system.

Paulette Victoria Graham, 42, 2323 E. Jacquilene, assault and battery.

Christina Bowen Carnes, 30, 511 E. 18th, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Hamilton, 31, Norman, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Clint Gene Hixson, 54, Yale, malicious injury to property, value less than $1,000.

Jordan Ann Inks, 21, 5813 W. Airport, obtaining money by false pretense.
