Payne County District Court

The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proved in court.

Felony charges

Christopher Allen Martin, 30, 824 E Macy Lane, domestic assault and battery by strangulation.

Timothy James Durbin, 34, 313 E 17th Ave, unlawful possession o controlled drug, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension.

Jamie Marshal Mack, 36, 1510 N Benjamin, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance methamphetamine, attempting to elude, destruction of evidence, transporting opened container of beer, driving without a driver’s license

Nicholas Miguel Anderson, 24, Choctaw, unauthorized use of vehicle

Matthew Vernon Barnes, 34, Hunter, unlawful possession of controlled drug, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Misdemeanor charges

Kerwin Charles Murray, 30, Carney, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving under suspension

Christopher Paul Houston, 28, Agra, domestic assault and battery

Jevon Bennett, 21, 309 Colby Lane, possession of marijuana, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, failure to pay taxs due to state, failure to carry security verification

Joseph Thomas Biddle Jr, 21, 716 N. husband, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, transporting an open bottle or container of liquor

Cody Alan Alexander, 23, 1015 S. West, two counts of domestic assault and battery

Keith Blu Kingfisher, 32, Cushing, public intoxication

JedCree Kingfisher, 30, 1312 N. Arrington, public intoxication

Billy Joe Guinn, 34, Perkins, operating a vessel while under the influence of alcohol

Brenda Lee Terry, 29, Perkins, public intoxication
