Misdemeanor charges

Joshua Eaglin, 21, Sand Springs, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving under suspension

William Earl Cannon, 38, Perkins, possession of paraphernalia, driving under revocation, failure to maintain security

Christopher Nathan Lee, 23, Ponca City, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol aggravated

Parker Lee Wilkerson, 18, 224 S. Jefferson, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol

Devin Dennis Wilcox, 20, Cache, public intoxication

Casey Lin Waggoner, 20, Plano, Texas, driving a motor vehicle while having a blood or breath alcohol content of .08 or more

Morgan Anne Waldman, 24, Chandler, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor

Joseph Craig Wimberly, 40, 1402 S. Main St. #2, domestic assault and battery against a pregnant woman

Sean Michael Wright, 19, Yale, harassment by electronic communication

Billy Jack Moody, 41, Cushing, outraging public decency

Tracy Lee Reyes, 23, Glencoe, driving under revocation, failure to carry security verification, driving at a speed greater than posted

Jacob Dalion Self, 21, 224 S. Washington, transporting opened container of beer

Nelson Kelly Plumber, 26, Perkins, failure to keep domestic animals enclosed
