Jeremiah Tobiah Allen, 24, Stillwater (no address given), unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Eugene Derrick Davie, Jr., 34, 320 W. Benjamin St. Unit 1, unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Matthew Ray Thorton, 27, Stroud, possession of controlled substance within 1000 ft. of a park, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

John Wayne Findley, 34, Vici, rape by instrumentation

Misdemeanor charges

Gary Bill Gosney, 56, Enid, breaking and entering with inlawful intent

Stephen Wayne Waldrop, 43, Perry, molesting a motor vehicle, disturbing the peace by threat

Andrew John Dowell, 31, 4422 E. 19th St., domestic assault and battery

Kenneth Arndt, 57, 3111 N. Madison Ct., domestic assault and battery in the presence of a child

Jacob Lamar Wood, 30, 6305 S. Brush Creek, public intoxication

Tony Merle Starling III, 43, Agra, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol

Alane Eliabeth Reyes, 29, Perkins, two counts of public intoxication

Michael Slade Philley, 38, San Jon, New Mexico, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence

Brandon Michael Ray Thompson, 32, Cushing, driving under revocation

Joseph Lerome Desmore, 30, 2001 N. Perkins 1-94, driving without a valid license
