Payne County District Court

Felony charges

Stephen Matthew Dixon, 44, 803 S. McFarland St., domestic abuse assault and battery, malicious injury to property value exceeding $1,000, public intoxication.

James Dileonardo, 51, 1503 S. Perkins Road, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Mark Douglas Haskins, 27, 3102 S. Main St. No. E105, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, eluding a police officer in a manner to endanger another person, malicious injury to property.

Misdemeanor charges

Buddy Lee Wertz, 26, Cushing, driving with license revoked.

Lauren Elizabeth Taylor, 21, Edmond, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Tommy Lee Oberbeck, 39, Cushing, domestic abuse assault and battery, threats to kill.


Noble County District Court

Felony charges

Julian Kaye Price, 18, Ponca City, assault and/or battery upon an officer, falsely personate another to create liability, escape or attempt to escape from arrest, public intoxication.


Pawnee County District Court

Felony charge

Lance Thomas Weaver, 38, Cleveland, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
