Elijah Kitt Shadowen, 28, of 1900 N. Washington, possession of methamphetamine.

Derek Allen Davis, 28, of 810 S. Jardot, manufacturing methamphetamine.

Dylan Michael Tatro, 35, of 6008 E. 68th, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and possession of marijuana - second and subsequent.

Frank Ramos Jr., 41, of 1401 W. Hartford, driving with license suspended, failure to maintain security and unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance.



Misdemeanor charges

Sheldon Eugene Hibler, 19, of Cushing, bogus check.

Richard Lee Ayers, 35, of Independence, Mo., bogus check.

William Billings, 28, of Cushing, malicious injury to property - under $1,000.

Joshua William Graves, 22, of 4922 E. 9th, domestic abuse- assault and battery and malicious injury to property - under $1,000.

Sheila Lavaughn Bryant, 49, of 1400 N. Perkins, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.

John Rainforth Cox, 30, of 1924 Erwin Dr., driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol - aggravated.

Jennifer Renee Duffield, 32, of 906 S. Dever, public intoxication.

Eric Robert Glover, 19, of Maramec, malicious injury to property - under $1,000.

Felipe Tomas Muraz, 26, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol aggravated, driving under suspension and possession of controlled substance.
