Cathy Dawn Shipman, 38, 1815 W. 6th Ave., endeavoring to manufacture methamphetamine, concealing stolen property.

Paul Matthew Delay, Perkins, 42, Perkins, lewd or intentional proposals to a child under 16.

Jordan Blaine Fields, 21, Cushing, domestic assault and battery by strangulation.

Shain Ray Burnett Sr., 42, 4701 S. Husband, rape by instrumentation, lewd acts to a child, sexual battery.
