District Court

The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Felony charges

Paul Andrew Rowland, 40, Missouri, uttering two or more bogus checks exceeding $500.

Stacey Renee Kennedy, 44, 904 James Court, unlawful possession of controlled drug.

Constance Frances Lynn Edwards, 24, Cushing, unlawful possession of a controlled drug, attempt to elude officer.

Katherine Ann Sanford, 22, 1123 S. Blakely, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating substance second and subsequent, unlawful possession of controlled drug.  

Kelly Ray Terrill, 46, 1701 N. Briarwood, unlawful possession of controlled drug, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dustin Jo Crosby, 22, 407 E. 44th #8, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia.

Misdemeanor charges

Angela Renae Brown, 41, Pawnee, bogus check.

Tyler Paul Miller, 22, Fairfax, bogus check.

Joshua Aaron Villegas, 28, Cushing, transporting opened container of low-point beer.

Elvin Junior Howard, 48, Ripley, embezzlement.

Kristen Denise Hall, 37, Perkins, transporting opened container of beer.

Logan Arthur Frailey, 18, 423 Iba Hall, minor drinking beer in public place.

Clayton Roy Long, 32, Guthrie, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Caleb Mathew Hunt, 22, 519 S. Jardot Apt. 203, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Shane Duncan Miranda, 22, 818 N. Husband #22, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating alcohol aggravated.

Jarrid Douglas Crawley, 30, 4599 N. Washington #606, public intoxication.

Alexander Cortez Ramirez, 18, 721 Kerr Hall, public intoxication.

William Carter Coates, 21, Broken Arrow, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle which all taxes due the state were not paid.

Bettie Jo Fox, 45, 707 W. 24th Ave., larceny of merchandise from retailer.

Charles Leighton Porter, 21, 913 W. Preston Ave., public intoxication.

Alexander John Lein, 19, Bartlesville, petit larceny, public intoxication, resisting arrest.

Adam Lane Bennett, 21, War Acres, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating alcohol aggravated, leaving scene of accident unattended.

Stevi Cheyenne Coker, 20, Chandler, aggravated operating a motor vehicle while having a blood or breath alcohol content of .15 or more.
