Angela Kay Houston, 44, Agra, child stealing — kidnapping

Daniel Paul Houston, 49, Perkins, child stealing — kidnapping

Misdemeanor charges

Eliav Nyle Nash, 23, 510 S. Hafner, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with a blood or breath alcohol content of .15g/210L or more

Christopher Bear Thomas, 38, Perkins, public intoxication

Justus Kelly Paddock, 20, 1102 E. 4th St., operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving under revocation

Jessica Lee Dilbeck, 23, 909 E. Ridgecrest, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol

Kelly Dean Smith, 46, Carney, driving under suspension

Conner Michael Burnett, 25, Perkins, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of .15g/210L or more

Martin Dwaynne Justice, 31, 3416 N. Dakota, public intoxication

Christine Lynn Jolly, 26, Cushing, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of .15g/210L or more

Daniel Alton Foster, 40, Cushing, possession of marijuana

Mark Anthony Lakawitz, 26, 1123 S. Lewis, larceny of merchandise from retailer value under $500

Christopher Andrew Murray, 34, 808 N. Jefferson, public intoxication

Jennifer Dae McDaniel, 37, Cushing, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid driver's license

Sergio Efren Solis, 29, Conroe, Texas, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid driver's license
