STILLWATER, Okla. —
A 68-year-old Stillwater man was arrested Wednesday on accusations that he had a sexual relationship with two girls.
John Phillip Ward, 68, was arrested on complaints of rape, lewd acts with a minor child, oral sodomy, rape by instrumentation, possession of child pornography and aggravated manufacturing of child pornography. He appeared in Payne County District Court Thursday afternoon. He was being held in the Payne County Jail on $2 million bail.
Two teenage girls told an agent with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation that a man had sex with them and took video and photos of the acts to sell, according to an arrest warrant affidavit. Pornographic photos and videos depicting the girls were seized during a search of Ward's Stillwater home, the affidavit states.
