Payne County District Court Felony Charges



Dylan Cole Simon, 18, 5215 N. Jardot St., possession of controlled dangerous drug with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a park, possession of controlled dangerous substance without tax stamp affixed, conspiracy to commit a felony.

Cindy Jo Thompson, possession of controlled drug (methamphetamine), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while license has been suspended, failure to carry security verification form.

 Demario Levell Robinson, 19, Tulsa, false pawn declaration.

Leanna Faye Howard, 47, 839 S. Burdick St., two counts unlawful delivery of controlled dangerous drug, possession of proceeds known to be derived from violations of the uniform controlled dangerous substance act.



Misdemeanor charges

David Martin Herring II, 19, 5123 S. Duncan St., domestic abuse assault and battery.

Hannelore Diana Linder, 22, 4599 N. Washington St., driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Raven Joleen Herrod, 19, Glenpool, driving without a valid license.

Nathan Wade Coit, 36, 2319 W. 24th St., driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Joseph Allen Fields, 27, 2203 E. Timbercrest Dr., possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia.

Heather Dawn Molloy, 34, Agra, harassing phone calls.

Christopher Alden Dawes, 27, 1017 S. Husband St., dumping trash on public property.
