Felony charges


Tamera Shanee Pearson, 37, Lawton, carrying contraband into jail.

Richard Allen Manus, 50, 311 S. West, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, carry contraband into jail, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension.

Ella Pearl Dickens, 59, 610 W. 10th, possession of marijuana second and subsequent, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension.

Nathaniel Lee Rowe, 35, 6709 S. Prairie St., two counts knowingly concealing stolen property, unlawful possession of controlled drug, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kaheem K. Jennings, 28, 1815 N. Boomer, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Phillip Anthony Williams, 701 W. Highpoint Dr. G, domestic assault and battery in prescence of a minor.

Seth Adam Williams, 26, 920 S. Murphy, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with a blood or breath alcohol content of .08 or more.
