Patsy J. Miller, 77, of Chandler, died Aug. 26. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Friday at the Parkland General Assembly and Church of Firstborn, Parkland. Burial will follow at Parkland Cemetery, Parkland. Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Cushing, is in charge of the arrangements.
