John C. “Jack” Shanklin, 95, died Feb. 18, 2013 in Stillwater. Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater. Interment will follow at the Fairfax Cemetery in Fairfax at 2:30 p.m. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
