Stillwater native Blair Lindsey Robbins and Joshua Glen Rhea of Tulsa have announced plans to marry on July 1 at 6 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church in Tulsa.
The bride-elect is the daugher of Gayle and Tommy Robbins. She is a graduate of Stillwater High School and Oklahoma State University. She is an admissions counselor for OSU.
The bridegroom-elect is the son of Nellie and Herbert Rhea. He is a graduate of Jenks High School and Oklahoma State University. He is a project engineer for Robins and Morton.
