Ruddell is the daughter of Becky Ruddell and the late David Ruddell. She is employed at Stillwater Public Schools. She has chosen as her attendants Jessica Longan and Megan Sodowsky.
Welch is the son of Paul Welch and Clara Welch. He is employed at Oklahoma State University. He has named as his attendants Jake Meyers and Brian Masse.
