Bixby, Okla. —
The Stillwater High School boys basketball team started the Bixby Tournament with a 53-45 victory over Vinita on Thursday.
Jon Littell recorded a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds for Stillwater.
Tyler Holcomb led the Pioneers with 19 points, going 2-of-5 from beyond the arc, while pulling down six rebounds. Rico Thompson also scored nine points for Stillwater.
The Pioneers will play the winner of the Bixby-Claremore matchup on today at 7 p.m. in Bixby.
