STILLWATER, Okla. —
Payne County commissioners are expected to finalize a road study contract with Stillwater engineer Jimmy Hill at its 9 a.m. Monday meeting at the County Administration Building, 315 W. Sixth Ave.
Hill submitted the only road study proposal. Commissioners unanimously selected Hill’s $42,500 proposal at their Sept. 10 meeting. Approval of the contract should be a formality.
The study will be used to help commissioners determine how road taxes will be divided between districts 1 and 3.
