STILLWATER, Okla. —
A Stillwater woman was injured in a three-vehicle wreck Wednesday night and had to be freed by emergency personnel.
Janee Rene Hicks, 47, of Stillwater sustained head and torso injuries in the collision, the accident report shows. Hicks was transported to Stillwater Medical Center.
The two other drivers were uninjured.
According to the report, Hicks does not remember the accident but witnesses and the other drivers told police she was westbound on Airport Road when she came to a stop sign at Perkins Road. The report states Hicks' SUV pulled out in front of a pickup and the two collided. This caused the truck to collide with another pickup.
Investigating officers determined the cause of the accident to be failure to yield from a stop sign.
