Man charged with rape of 15-year-old girl

STILLWATER, Okla. — A 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped and sexually assaulted by a man in her residence, court records show.

Courtland O’Neill Davis, 30, is charged with rape by instrumentation and lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16.

According to an affidavit filed in Payne County District Court, Davis knew the victim and victim’s mother. At 5 a.m. April 9, Davis is accused of waking the victim after he entered her room and began touching her inappropriately.

Davis is accused of then forcibly removing the victims clothes and raping her.

According to the affidavit, the victim told police Davis pushed her face into a pillow and told her to be quiet when she protested.

Davis was arrested the day of the assault and admitted to police he assaulted the girl and knew she was 15, court records show.

Davis is being held in the Payne County Jail on $100,000 bail and has been ordered to have no contact with the victim.
