Car show cruises into Stillwater Friday, Saturday

STILLWATER, Okla. — The city of Stillwater wants people to rev up their engines Friday and Saturday when the seventh annual Stillwater Car and Bike Show comes to downtown Stillwater.

The show will start at 6 p.m. Friday and and 10 a.m. Saturday. Not only is Stillwater hoping for a nice turnout but also the biggest crowd and show participants it has seen since its inception, said Business Improvement District Coordinator Amy Jo Frazier.

“The car and bike show has grown every year,” Frazier said. “We are expecting over 175 entries this year with car and bike enthusiasts coming from all over the state to enjoy the afternoon in downtown Stillwater.”

Frazier said she wants residents to know it is not only for the participants but for bystanders. There will be door prizes and give-a-ways throughout the event and it’s more than looking at awesome cars, she said.
