STILLWATER, Okla. —
A blues-influenced rock group is set to make its return to Stillwater for a show Saturday.
Jonathan Tyler and the Northern Lights will perform at an all-ages show at Eskimo Joe’s. Admission is free.
The group released its Atlantic Records debut “Pardon Me” in April 2010.
They have since been touring and previewing new music to live crowds in anticipation of a new record next year.
“We have been working on new stuff for a long time,” Tyler said.
While waiting to record the new album, which will be titled “Holy Smokes,” the band has kept up with fans through YouTube and social media. Their schedule brings them to Stillwater on Saturday. The show begins at noon.
“They can expect a high-energy rock and roll show,” Tyler said. “We’re going to sweat and turn the amps up and have a good time.”
