BREAKING: ASCO Industries officials announce Stillwater production facility

STILLWATER, Okla. — ASCO Industries officials announced  the company's investment in a Stillwater production site on Monday at the Farnborough International Airshow in Farnborough, UK.

The plant will include machining, heat and surface treatment and assembly of complex machine parts out of titanium, steel and aluminum. ASCO designs and builds aircraft components for four aircraft builders, including Boeing and Airbus.

ASCO selected Stillwater because of its convenient location extensive training and research capabilities, ASCO Group CEO Christian Boas said.

State and Stillwater officials have scheduled a 9 a.m. Monday press conference at the Chamber of Commerce.
