STILLWATER, Okla. —
A 46-year-old Stillwater man is accused of performing sexual acts in front of two female children under the age of 16.
Court records show John Wilmer Rainey was charged with one felony count of requiring a child to view sexual acts.
Information filed in court states Rainey allegedly walked toward the two victims while rubbing his groin and sticking his hands in his pants.
Rainey is scheduled to appear in court at 1 p.m. Friday.
The charge is punishable by time in a state prison for no less than 3 years and no more than 20 years.
