STILLWATER, Okla. —
The University of Oklahoma emergency services issued a shooting on campus warning at 11:24 a.m. Wednesday to avoid Gould Hall on campus and telling students to seek immediate shelter.
Students tweeted the warning, snapping photos on the cameras.
The Norman Police responded to campus after reports of shots fired at 11:17 a.m.
The Norman Transcript reports students were scurrying away from the Gould Hall area. Two ambulances and a fire truck have been stationed on Jenkins Avenue in Norman. Traffic is backing up on Jenkins Avenue.
