Three people injured in Saturday wreck near Cushing

CUSHING, Okla. — Three people were injured Saturday in a three-vehicle accident west of Cushing on State Highway 33.

Justin Scott Stark, 34, Ripley, was transported by air ambulance to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He is listed in critical condition with arm, leg and torso injuries.

Larry Keith Swafford, 54, Agra, is in stable condition at Stillwater Medical Center with leg and torso injuries.

Alexandria Nichole Hennessey, 22, Stillwater, was treated and released from the Stillwater hospital with head and arm injuries.

Stark was driving a car east on State Highway 33 near Stiles Road. According to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report, Stark's vehicle was traveling in the westbound lane and collided head-on with a car driven by Swafford. Hennessey's vehicle was traveling west on the highway and struck Swafford's vehicle on the driver's side door.

Stark was pinned for approximately 50 minutes.
