STILLWATER, Okla. —
Jacksonville Jaguars first-round draft pick receiver Justin Blackmon is scheduled to return to court Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. for a misdemeanor docket.
The former Oklahoma State football player has pleaded not guilty to an aggravated DUI charge after being arrested in June. Blackmon, 22, had been driving an SUV left of the center line at a speed of 60 mph in a 35-mph zone, police contended. The SUV's driver didn't immediately stop for police, but continued about four blocks before pulling into a gas station at McElroy and Perkins roads, police said. Police said Blackmon registered a blood alcohol content of .24 — three times the legal limit.
