Stabbing victim still in hospital

STILLWATER, Okla. — A man injured in a stabbing Tuesday is in good condition and will likely be released from Stillwater Medical Center Thursday, hospital officials said.

According to police, the victim's wound did not appear to be life threatening.

Police responded to an assault in progress at approximately 8:45 p.m. They found a male victim who had been stabbed with an edged weapon, police said. Officers were able to interview the victim and several witnesses in the area.
