Agra teen killed in wreck

AGRA, Okla. — Alexander W. Cagle, 17, of Agra was killed in a car wreck Monday morning.

Cagle was pronounced dead at the scene from injuries he sustained when his car collided with a pickup, a report by Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers shows. Cagle's vehicle did not have any passengers.

Two passengers in the pickup  were injured. Richard D. Ward, 32, of Cushing was admitted to OU Medical Center in good condition with head, internal and external trunk injuries.

Isaac R. McGrew, 22, of Cleveland, was transported to Hillcrest Hospital in Cushing where he was treated and released with an arm injury. The driver and another passenger were not injured.

The wreck occurred shortly after 7 a.m. on State Highway 18 near 800 Road when Cagle's vehicle went left of center. The report listed left of center  as the cause of the wreck.
