STILLWATER, Okla. — The Stillwater Utilities Authority Board of Trustees approved construction of a 200-foot water pipeline under Country Club Road north of State Highway 51. The project includes boring under Country Club Road, Water Utilities Construction Program Manager Eric Fladie said. It will connect to 16-inch pipeline and improve water pressure in southwest Stillwater. Urban Contractors, L.L.C. received the construction contract. They submitted a $341,000 bid. The Stillwater Utilities Authority will modify a services contract with Myers Engineering in the amount of $25,000 for inspection and testing services. Total project cost is $400,000. The project is slated to be completed by June.
