STILLWATER, Okla. — Nathan Cochran, a suspended Oklahoma State University student accused of sexual battery, did not appear in court Monday morning for a hearing.
Judge Katherine Thomas said the hearing is reset by agreement.
Cochran, 22, is charged with four counts of sexual battery. The most recent charge was added last week. Police Capt. Randy Dickerson said the new charge involves a new victim. The first three charges involve two victims.
