UPDATE: Woman injured in Monday accident on Perkins Road

STILLWATER, Okla. — A pregnant woman was transported to Stillwater Medical Center following a two-vehicle wreck near Sixth Avenue and Perkins Road Monday.

Stillwater Police Officer TJ Low said a dark-colored SUV occupied by a male and pregnant female were stopped at Seventh Avenue waiting to turn south on Perkins Road. An unknown driver in the nearest lane to their vehicle stopped short of Seventh Avenue to allow the Jeep to make the turn. A silver SUV heading north in the adjacent lane struck the dark-colored SUV causing it flip on it's side.

The pregnant female was transported to Stillwater Medical Center.
