Cushing man charged with assault and battery after attack on pregnant woman

STILLWATER, Okla. — A pregnant woman was left scratched and bloody after an assault in October, court records show.

Jeffrey Dee Wilbur, 34, of Cushing is charged with domestic assault and battery against a pregnant woman. He is accused of beating the victim in the face and choking her.

If convicted, Wilbur could face up to a year in prison.
