Drumright man seriously injured near Cushing

STILLWATER, Okla. — A Drumright man is in serious condition after a Friday night accident a mile east of Cushing.

According to a report by Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers, Marshall Still, 53, was driving at a high rate of speed when he failed to negotiate a curve, striking an embankment. The car rolled twice and hit a guard rail.

He was transported by helicopter to Tulsa where he was admitted in serious condition with head and neck injuries to St. Johns hospital.

According to the report, investigators determined Still was intoxicated and attributed the cause of the wreck to driving under the influence.
