More prostitution charges filed in November roundup

STILLWATER, Okla. — More charges have surfaced as a result of Stillwater Police Department and partnering law enforcement agencies two-day prostitution sting in November.

Twenty six people were arrested in November and charges have been filed sporadically since the operation’s completion.

Chris Morgan Cato, 39, of Vian is charged with soliciting prostitution along  with 27-year-old Oklahoma State University student Jacob Truitt McCabe, 28- year-old Justin Allan Wilkerson of Wall, Miss., and Marshall Plum, 53, of Stillwater.

OSU student Sunil Bangalore-Krishnappa, 23, and Mathew Lowell Azcueta, 38, of Midwest City are charged with engaging in prostitution.

All but one of the men, Bangalore-Krishnappa, were arraigned Monday at the Payne County Courthouse.

An affidavit in Cato’s case shows fohe offered to engage in sexual intercourse with an undercover officer for $100 at a Stillwater hotel.

This crime is punishable as a misdemeanor with jail time of up to one year or a fine of up to $2,500 or both, and required community service of up to 80 hours if convicted.
