UPDATE: Storm won't stop Boomer Blast
Fireworks will still go off tonight at Boomer Lake even if they have to wait for nature to finish its show.
A Stillwater Police Department dispatcher said folks should take cover until the storm passes, and then the fireworks will begin.
After this morning's rain, Amy Jo Frazier with Stillwater Parks, Events and Recreation said the ground was still solid enough to park cars.
