— SPC Shanna Harrison, a broadcast journalist deployed with the Norman-based 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team to eastern Afghanistan, has produced what she calls an "end-of-tour Hooah video."
"It also represents how Oklahoma's Army and Air assets were deployed together," Harrison said. "These soldiers did a tremendous job overseas and deserve to be recognized for it. I just want fellow Oklahomans to know just how proud they should be of our soldiers."

Payne County Sheriff R.B. Hauf is president of the Oklahoma Sheriff’s Association.
A Cushing woman was arrested and released on $25,000 bail after being charged with two counts exploitation of an elderly person and two counts embezzlement.
The Payne County Budget Board and Payne County Commission met Monday.
