Two injured in Noble County wreck

STILLWATER, Okla. — A Pawnee woman is being transferred to Stillwater Medical Center due to injuries sustained in a car collision near Red Rock. Another woman was also injured. She was treated and released from Ponca City Hospital.

According to the Department of Public Safety report, a car with four occupants was seven miles outside Red Rock when the vehicle left the roadway, struck an embankment, rolled once back into the roadway coming to rest on its wheels.

Unsafe speed was listed by the reporting trooper as the cause of the collision.

Stacey Chino, 40, of Pawnee was transported by ambulance to Ponca City Hospital in stable condition with head and trunk internal injuries. She is being transferred by private vehicle to Stillwater Medical Center.

Monique Robedeaux, 30, of Pawnee was taken by ambulance to Ponca City Hospital with head and arm injuries. She was treated and released.

The two other passengers were not injured. The report states seatbelts were equipped but not in use.
