STILLWATER, Okla. —
The Stillwater Board of Education will conduct its annual evaluation of the district’s top school official during an executive session Tuesday.
The board will consider a vote to extend Superintendent Ann Caine’s contract to the 2015-16 school year.
Caine’s contract is for $132,270 for 2012-13, $142,850 for 2013-14 and $154,280 for 2014-15.
She also is given a car allowance of $550, 20 days of paid vacation, a physical evaluation not to exceed $400 and medical, dental and vision insurance.
The executive session will be held at the conclusion of the regular board meeting, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Administration Building, 314 S. Lewis.
A special board meeting will be held at 6 p.m. to conduct administrative work.
The board will administer the oath of office to Seat 3 member Debbie Vincent, who ran unopposed in last week’s school board election.
The board also will elect its president and vice president. The board will authorize the president to designate a board member to serve as the executive session minutes clerk.
The board also is expected to:
• Discuss a pre-K registration lottery that is being used for the first time this year.
• Receive updates from the architect and construction manager on the progress of the construction of two new elementary schools in the district.
• Receive an academic update from Stillwater Junior High School and the special education program.
