NEW: Darrell Williams felony case goes to jury

STILLWATER, Okla. — A Payne County judge has submitted Oklahoma State athlete Darrell Williams' case to a jury for deliberation.

Williams, 22, is charged with four counts of rape by instrumentation and one count of sexual assault stemming from a December 2010 house party.

Attorney for the state and for Williams presented closing arguments Monday morning. District Judge Phillip Corley sent jurors to have lunch and begin deliberating shortly before 12:30 p.m. Monday.
