STILLWATER, Okla. — Fire Marshal Trent Hawkins said that after investigating a fire that occurred at an apartment building next to the Town and Gown Theatre it was determined to have started because of a heat and air unit.
The fire and smoke damaged three units Wednesday afternoon before fire crews put it out.
