STILLWATER, Okla. — Oklahoma State University's attorneys responded to a lawsuit that claimed poor construction ay Boone Pickens Stadium resulted in the death of a woman in 2011.
The school's attorneys contested the lawsuit in a motion to dismiss filed recently in Payne County District Court. In the document the attorneys argued the school is not liable for the woman's death and requested a trial by jury.
