Suspended Oklahoma State University student hit with new sex crime charge

STILLWATER, Okla. — Suspended Oklahoma State University student Nathan Cochran, who is currently out on a $100,000 bond, has been charged with a new count of sexual battery.

Cochran, 22, was charged with three counts of sexual battery last month after two men accused him of sexually assaulting them while they slept.

The new charge alleges Cochran sexually assaulted one male on Aug. 11 last year while he was attempting to sleep on a bed.

Court records show the victim accused Cochran of placing his hands on his leg and lower back and attempting to place his hands inside the victim's pants.

The victim stated Cochran told him he wanted to know what it was like to be with a male sexually.
