STILLWATER, Okla. —

Payne County Sheriff's Deputy Paul Fox and Andy, a 4-year-old Belgian malinois, visited children in Cheryll Dicken's class at Glencoe Elementary School Wednesday. Fox gave children Kord Dotter, 4, and Riley Hoffman, 7, additional gifts including a shirt and a packet of items including temporary tattoos and an iron-on patch.
