STILLWATER, Okla. — Payne County Sheriff's Deputy Paul Fox and his K-9 partner Andy visited Glencoe Elementary School Wednesday. The crime-fighting duo visited Cheryl Dickens' class.
Andy is a 4-year-old Belgian malinois. The pair is one of two K-9 units in service at the Payne County Sheriff's office.
