Lloyd B. "Mike" Smith born to Lloyd and Vera (Shellhammer) Smith, on April 1, 1938, went to be with The Lord on Oct. 3, 2012 at 9:05 am.
He is survived by his wife, Naoma, his brother Charles H. Smith, sons Patrick and wife Darcy of Crescent, Okla., Arthur of Oklahoma City, Okla., Mickey of Coyle, Okla., Daughter Stephanie and husband Joshua Fosdick, four grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
Services will be held at the Coyle High School Gymnasium on Friday Oct. 5, 2012 at 3:00 pm. Burial will follow at Coyle Cemetery, Coyle, Okla. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home, Guthrie, Okla.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Integris Hospice House, 13920 Quailbrook DR. Oklahoma City, OK 73134.
