Memorial services for Lorraine ‘Stormy’ Higgins, of El Reno formerly of Perkins, Okla., will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 24th, at the River of Life Church in Perkins, Okla. Rev. Don Russell, pastor officiated. Services were under the direction of her loving family.
Mrs. Higgins passed away Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012 at Grace Living Center in El Reno.
She was born on Aug. 17, 1942 in West Warwick, Rhode Island. ‘Stormy’ was a retired registered nurse having worked for the Veterans Administration.
Survivors include sons, Thomas Hansen of El Reno, and Douglas Hansen of Hollywood, Calif.; brother, Henry Matteau of Coventry, Rhode Island; four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
