Sherman, Texas —   Joyce Annette Tatchio, 91, died Sunday, March 17, 2013, in Dennison, Texas.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fisher Funeral Home, 604 W. Main, in Denison, Texas.  A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. in Sherman at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 322 W. Pecan Street.

Mrs. Tatchio is survived by her sons, Rod Tatchio of Sherman, Texas, and Greg Tatchio of Royal Oak, Michigan, as well as her daughters-in-law, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. One of eight children, she is also survived by five siblings, Gaston, David and Harold Jones, Betty McKenzie and Verna Rae Roberts.

She grew up in Mobile, Ala., and later in life lived in Foley, Ala. Mrs. Tatchio traveled the world with her Air Force husband and then settled down to raise her family in Stillwater.

Her entire family feels blessed to have had her in their lives and say, “We will celebrate her life as she smiles down at us alongside her husband, son Ted, two of her siblings and others she loved. She will be missed every day.”
