 Vivian Ruth (Archer) Gibson, age 68, a longtime Coalgate area resident.  She was born on Sept. 1, 1943 to J.C. Archer and Lillie (Traylor) Archer at Cairo, Okla.

Vivian passed away on July 5, 2012 at Stillwater, Okla., at 68 years 10 months &  4 days.

 She married Thomas Elton Gibson on April 2, 1966 at Coalgate, Okla.. Vivian attended school at Tupelo.    She owned her own beauty shop.

She is survived by her husband Tom Gibson of the home in Stillwater, Okla.; Children: Guye Edward Reeder of Weleetka, Okla., Kimberly Ann Reeder of Wynnewood, Okla., Michelle Rene Blair and husband Albert of Gainesville, Fla., David Brian Gibson of Wichita, Kan., Tonya Lynn Lowry and husband Scott of Bartlesville, Okla.; Mother:  Lillie Archer of Tupelo, Okla.; Brother: Dolphus Archer and wife Ruby of Tupelo, Okla.; Sister: LaVerne Davis and husband Joe of Stonewall, Okla.; Grandchildren: Andrew Blair of Gainesville, Fla., Ethan Blair of Gainesville, Fla., John Thomas Jones of Bartlesville, Okla., Kate Lowry of Bartlesville, Okla., Jake Lowry of Bartlesville, Okla.; Nephews: Brian Davis and Jody Davis both of Stonewall, Okla., Along with other relatives and many dear and loved friends.

She was preceded in death by Father:J.C. Archer  and Brother:Kenneth Archer

Services will be held Monday, July 9, 2012 at 10:00 am at Byrds Prairie Cemetery, Tupelo Interment will be at Byrds Prairie Cemetery with Bro Bob Graham Officiating.        

Family Night Sunday 6~8. Services under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Service-Coalgate
