Lorene Catherine (Beier) Loveless

Lorene Catherine (Beier) Loveless, 89, of Perry, Okla., was the daughter of Emil and Alvina (Karcher) Beier. She was born May 26, 1923 in rural Noble County and went to her heavenly home Monday, Dec. 24, 2012, just in time to spend Christmas with Jesus.

She attended Lily Rural School. Lorene enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking bread and other items, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Lorene married her best friend and sweetheart, Harold Edward Loveless on July 6, 1944, at the Christ Lutheran Church in Perry, Okla. Immediately after the wedding they traveled with three sailors to Edmonton, Wash., where they spent their first year of marriage while Harold was in the Navy.  After his discharge they established a life in Perry where they remained until their deaths. Harold preceded Lorene in death on June 26, 2009.  

She worked for John Deere dealership in Perry for 20 years. Lorene was a member of the WELCA and the Zion Lutheran Church of Perry, Okla.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, at the Zion Lutheran Church in Perry. Pastor Dan Thimell will officiate. Interment will be at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Perry. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home in Perry, Oklahoma.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at Brown-Dugger Funeral Home in Perry, Oklahoma.

Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th  Perry, Oklahoma 73077.

Lorene is survived by her daughter, Pam Waren and her husband, Charles of Stillwater; three grandchildren, Traci Hazel and her husband, Mike of Tuls, Tiffany McClendon and her husband, Allen of Drumright, Brittany McKinley and her husband, Scott of Stillwater; four great-grandchildren, Riley Hazel and Carson Hazel both of Tulsa, Brent McClendon and RaeLynn McClendon both of Drumright; one brother, Arnold Beier and his wife, Eunice of Linn, Kansas; one sister, Carol Fuxa and her husband, John of Weatherford, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Loveless; her parents, Emil and Alvina Beier; four sisters, Leona Rice, Lillian Jones, Marlene Oltmanns and Marjorie Beier; three brothers, Rudolph Beier, Edward Beier and Emil Beier Jr.
